About Suzanne Gagan
Suzanne Gagan is an ICF-credentialed leadership coach who helps young business leaders advance in rewarding careers and make a positive impact on their teams and organizations. She helps her clients communicate more effectively, think more strategically, and build skills that reduce stress and increase well-being.
Suzanne also coaches business professionals who want to develop executive presence and tactical presentation strategies so they can build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders. Working with Suzanne, her clients learn to articulate key messages with clarity and confidence.
Suzanne brings over 25 years of multifaceted experience to her clients, including leading a team that built and ran the operations for a $600M private equity fund. She has worked with professionals across multiple functions, at levels ranging from independent contributors and mid-level managers to VP/C-level leaders. She has worked with organizations of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 100 and 500 companies across the U.S, Canada, Asia, the UK, and Europe.
Passionate about helping people develop their potential, Suzanne is a trusted, inspiring, and results-oriented partner. Her clients appreciate being challenged in a supportive way to stretch out of their comfort zones in order to reach their goals and create business results. Suzanne graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University with a BS in Commerce in Economics. She is an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Everything DiSC Workplace® facilitator, and a certified BetterUp Conscious Business Coach. She has also completed NeuroLeadership Institute’s Brain-Based Coaching Program and the Positive Intelligence Coaching Program.
With a core belief in the importance of well-being, Suzanne enjoys cycling, Pilates, travel, and healthy cooking. She serves on the executive board of her community food pantry and is a member of her local Toastmasters where she was honored as Toastmaster of the Year in 2020.
